Return & Exchange Policy
The Roger Stone Collection by Tailor On Tap is a limited-edition,
made-to-order pre-order release crafted from exclusive fabrics. Each garment is
produced individually for its owner, ensuring exceptional quality and
exclusivity.
All pieces are made to order and require an estimated 2-3 months for delivery due to fabric sourcing and bespoke production timelines. If you require expedited service, please email contact@tailorontap.com and a member of our team will respond within 24 business hours to review available options.
Because each of our garments is uniquely crafted especially for you using limited fabrics, we are unable to offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or size exchanges to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition. To start a return or exchange, please contact contact@tailorontap.com within 7 days of receipt.
