Return & Exchange Policy
The Roger Stone Collection by Tailor On Tap is a
limited-edition, made-to-order release crafted from exclusive fabrics.
Each garment is produced individually for its owner,
ensuring exceptional quality and exclusivity.
All pieces are made to order and require an estimated 3-4 weeks for delivery due to fabric sourcing and bespoke production timelines. If you require expedited service, please email contact@tailorontap.com and a member of our team will respond within 24 business hours to review available options.
Because each item is custom-made using limited fabrics, all sales are final. However, we understand that sizing needs may vary. We do offer size exchanges on unworn garments in original condition. To initiate an exchange or inquire about sizing concerns, please contact contact@tailorontap.com within 7 days of receipt.
Tailor On Tap does not provide alteration services for this collection. If your piece requires adjustment, we recommend visiting a trusted local tailor for minor fit refinements.
